Halter her while in the chute and snub her to one side. Sawzall one off, cauterize and then tie the other way and repeat. That size of horn, I wouldn’t be cutting flush with the skull either, I move out about an inch and recovery time will be zero. If you go flush, she’ll probably have a little hole that’ll take a week or few to heal over.


This advice right here, I would just use nose tongs so you dont get hand hurt putting halter on. Also nose tongs are quicker.
