If desired, trim the hair back and cut them off, toss some flour on to help stop the real small stream of blood. At least that's what we use to do with the horns on dairy cows, before going to polled beef.

I'll agree don't leave 2".

Edit: after horn removal she'll have an attitude adjustment from her herd mates too.
