Northeast Missouri | The more I use ZarMoney the more I like it. Excellent invoicing, accounts payable, and inventory features with easy unit-of measure options--all of which you really need to keep track of what customers have bought, even if you don't want to track inventories per se. At $20/month for a 2-user subscription it costs well below half of what QuickBooks Online costs for similar features.
Has lots of accounting power hidden behind a simple interface...just today I found a Receive Refund feature. Let's say I returned seed to you and you issued me a credit on my account. But a month later because I still only had a credit balance on my account, and you decided to send me a check for the account balance, I'd use the Receive Refund option to take care of depositing the check and closing out the credit memo with one simple transaction. (The accounting for receiving a vendor refund is a lot more involved in some accounting products.)
And this might not pertain to your business, but it has the option to send customer invoices by email with a Pay Now button on them, for customers to pay online by credit card or ACH withdrawal. And you don't need to deal with any of the online payment acceptance--it's all handled for you.
ZarMoney's only "shallow" spot is financial reporting. Plenty of good report options for payables, receivables, customers, and vendors, but I miss QuickBooks' detail options on the P&L, balance sheet, and general ledger.
Also, it can send customer statements but doesn't do what I think of as typical farm supply billing statements--where the statement lists details of the products and services purchased on each invoice. It only lists the open invoice numbers and their $ amounts...so that might be a deal breaker for you.
EDIT: I got to wondering about billing statements because of one of the options I had seen...turns out it *does* have an option to include invoice details with a statement, but it does that by including a copy of each invoice on a separate sheet. Yes, if a customer had 10 invoices for the month it will automatically print 11 sheets (the statement sheet + each of invoice) if you choose that option. The image below is one of the invoice copies included with a statement printing, from a dummy company I had set up last year to test some things.
