I believe he is saying the forces in the universe led by price action
compelled the USDA to use big numbers. I believe he is saying price action knew ahead of time the report would be bearish.
I'm not sure I would go that far on day to day moves , however I find some value in Andrews charting in identfying longer term trends. Maybe the hint of yesterdays move showed up in the 5 min chart, I don't know , but I sure didn't see the one day large move coming on the daily or weekly. In fact I thought price was secure crawling up the lower median line. Not so much .
Its is also difficult to time a move , if I say price will move to the median line and you ask me when? I can't tell you with any certainty if its tommorrow, next week or next year.
