So how are you measuring the drive to 3.27 on my chart?
You can use your LML as its pretty close to the same ML. Doctor Andrews rules says it will retest it. So if price does not retest it, what can we surmise the strength of price is? Weak. Inversely, a strong and quick retest will tell that the market is strong.
