West Central Ohio | Boog, I had the same problem. Wanting and needing to lose some weight, but never could get started. Was sitting in the DR office back in December watch him write me a prescription for a cholesterol drug, when I finally decided time to get going. the Dr had been telling me to lose weight for years, but until I decided in my opwn mind it was going to happen, it didn't. Started watching my food choices, more salads, smaller portions, packing my lunch, etc. and also started walking on the treadmill. Well, after 3 1/2 months, have lost 25# and went from 2.2 miles in 1 hr on the treadmill to 4.6 miles. Feeling great and have alot more energy. Best of luck. | |
