It seemed like I had to change dealers to get Hesston to come up then other night, maybe the origianl dealer never had Hesston? The older version seemed to be easier to use. I was on the CNH site also the other night and it kind of impressed me, seemed liekit eas easier tonget more info.
Hesston shouldn't matter anymore, but I do find if you're tied to a dealer some things get more complicated. I usually stay logged out until I need to buy something...I do use it to buy parts from other dealer if they ask me to, we get graded on how much E-Commerce business we do, so sometimes they ask me to buy through that to help their numbers.
You're the first person on here I've ever seen say the CNH site was better, but maybe they changed it recently.
