+1 on the 5.0.
Any feedback I have gotten is that the Ford V6 engines suffer when pulling a trailer. They just do not have the "umph" to handle the heavier loads of a trailer. They do fine on their own but fall short pulling a trailer.
Best used pickup for pulling a camper.
