I'll agree that it is on both sides of the isle and we are either swiftly or casually drifting towards the same waterfall, but both sides of the isle are not the same. One side would have already ended us while the other side is mostly just too inept and greedy to stop the inevitable. The time you talk about in hope would not be afforded had heels up won.
