Used to have RTK base stations on towers. Same systems. Tower 1 was 2 feet different from tower 2 base correction.
If you ran a boundary on tower 2 and tried to used tower 1 then you were 2 feet off. Everyone would have to used the same base. That is the idea behind the CORS network. The next problem is what Datum is the software using.
