E ND | Unverferth Perfecta is our go-to for that "in-between" size field cultivator. They have a lot of size options depending on what you're wanting with a few options for tines and rolling basket or bars. Depending what 135HP tractor you're putting it on a 14' would probably be a good fit. Just glancing back at their price list, now I'm not sure if they do any trailed drawbar style or if they're all 3-point mounted.
