Where do you get that 2 Generations that are in the clouds? Anyone over the mid 50's should remember the 80's quite easily. I sure remember them but fortunately the operation was on the benefiting side then.

People that are buying land here are 75 years old on average who have worked damn hard or mostly have sold for AI centers or solar panels. The rest are digging a hole they have no chance of crawling out of. Banks are borrowing against collateral and no consideration for repayment capacity it seems to me and that won't end in the continuation of farming the land anyway.

At 75 they aren't gonna have it very long and most heirs I believe will cash in before the hearse is back to the funeral home. I've honestly left funerals and seen those farms owned by the recent deceased being surveyed the same day.
Sad.
