Yes, Harris is a good one, the one I would buy today if I were wanting one.
The only other one I would really recommend would be the Smith 'forever' torch. They warranty it forever, and mean it. Probably overkill for an average farm shop unless you do a lot of fab work, and if you do a lot of fab work, you are better off with a plasma cutter anyway.
