NE North Dakota		ND has to be really close to having record Crop Ins for soybeans if you didn't collect you were 75% insured and were just at your APH * .75

So where does the USDA pull a 0.5 bushel increase in ND soys vs last year? 2024 soys significantly better than 25. Man is this something
