| It's a Banjo fitting, but a Ford specific one from what I read.
Weatherhead used to make it in U series, an 06U-L06. The ONLY size in the catalog of that type. They do NOT make it in the Z series that replaced U series (at least locally) at least in my catalog.

My best guess is the true Ford fitting has the recesses for the o-ring that a banjo does not have, at least that's how it looks to me.
That being said, it looks like your blue hose in the picture has already been replaced with a banjo end.
