Central ND | Had mine for 25 years as well but we had a couple h2a guys that didnt used to have it. I actually got pulled over and I made a comment to the trooper that it would sure be nice if our h2a guys could haul over there without their cdl, he gave me a funny look and said they can as long as they dont cross state lines. Asked a friend of mine who is a trooper who gave me the same answer and called to verify with a supervisor.
