Try again, cfv are absolutely covered state wide, have asked 2 troopers, ans a supervisor, and been pulled over 250 miles away with h2a guys
Well I don't know what to tell you, you can see in my screenshot it says dot.nd.gov, you know, the people who are in charge of licensing and laws and the like for this.
