I'm not sure why it wouldn't run the vac fans, as I have ran Precision fans with them....but, I would say it could run the CFS blower, I normally say 13GPM for those. You'd need to make some plumbing changes most likely, but I've seen a few different versions of plumbing on 8824's, so without knowing what you have, hard to make a solid recommendation.
