SW ONT | Happy new year to all. We have a Volvo TLB with 14000hrs. On two of the four exhaust ports the ears holding the studs are broken off.
The engine is a Deutz/Volvo conglomeration and I haven't had much luck sourcing the part at a wrecking yard.
Volvo wants $12500 for a new head, this is not a viable option as the hoe gets 50-75hrs a year.
I can buy a complete head on Amazon for $1650, I was told to run the other way from that option (unless others tell me otherwise on here)
Or, does it look like this head could be salvaged somehow?
if anyone can help me in the right direction or knows of a D4D head that would be appreciated greatly
