I'm not overly familiar with harnesses on 6R machines, but one option is to make an adapter from your 4 pin connector to the Service Advisor port. All Deere machines follow the J1939 CAN Standards, so here is the pinout for the service port. You will want your ATC 300 connected to CAN2 on the machine. Yellow is CAN high, green is CAN low.

For your two pin connector you just need a good key power source. Those two connectors are designed to connect inline to an existing power circuit, so it doesn't matter which connector you choose to use.

When I connected an ATU 300 to my 9560STS I was able to find a four pin connection under the armrest.
