Southern Indiana | Maybe and maybe not. Just with overall population growth and availability I can’t see it dropping that much. Around here land just isn’t available and when it rarely is the auctions are full of heavy hitters. Farmers, real estate developers, rich kids who want a 50 acre homestead with a house in the middle of it you name it. Not unless a lot of baby boomer ground goes for sale.. Never know I guess. You buy when it’s available generally and if you can’t swing it then worry about it on the next sale. | |
