The Speakeasy - Sacramento, NE (southwest of Kearney)
Reg's 7 Mile Steakhouse - Columbus, NE

The local bar used to have a great ribeye.  Its under new ownership and not on the menu but the old owner has a new restaurant in York.  The jury is out yet.

I have heard great things about The Speakeasy, but haven't been there myself.

Round the Bend Steakhouse east of Lincoln is another one to check out. So far I have just had a burger and a lunch special there but it's always packed from late afternoon until close. They age their own steaks.

Maybe the price of corn will rally and I can afford to splurge on some steak based road-trips!!
