At my age I’m with you. However twenty years ago I would have done it and it would have been a good decision.
Overall risk will be rewarded.
20 years ago in the land cycle is a lot different than today. 20 years ago land cost would pay for money cost and Re taxes. Along ways from doing that currently. If history repeats itself ground will drop about 2/3 from the top in about 15 years. No way would I stick my neck out no matter how old I was on a 25-30 year mortgage with way things are currently. If history repeats itself the outcome won't be pretty. |
