Callao Missouri
Rig up a simple boost gauge into the cab. If the truck is old enough to have a B Model in it , its old enough to make new fuel hoses for it weather it needs them or not.

Id cap off the air to air and pressure check it. Next thing would be the diaphragm in the pump for the charge air pressure sensor system. I can't remember what cat calls it. New air filter also, might be full of pink corn fuzz. I've never had that problem with an international, but i know of a local Freightliner that sucks up pink fuzz faster than Hunter sucking up crack.
