Any of those vacuum oil extractors on Amazon are good (they all look like copies of the same thing). I just use for gearboxes that don’t have drains. They dual function ‘transfer’ and ‘suck’ if needed.
I don’t see a need for the giant extractor shown in your pic, haven’t come across a large volume sump that didn’t have a drain.
