IA | You'll be money and time ahead buying the panels. They connect with splices that can be id or od. There are clips that hold them to the post that can be lagged on or welded on steel pipe. Goes up fast once you have the posts in, 2 cinder blocks and 1 guy can set panels. Makes nice fence.
