Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Pivots will make the area look industrial to some extent. Noise really wouldn’t be a factor. Don’t think the neighbors would appreciate the industrial look.
For a million dollars instead of buying and maintaining pivots I’d ask around to find someone to hire to keep irrigating the way you are.
Might look into a drip system? Buried water lines so nothing but a filtering system above ground. Minimal maintenance but there is some maintenance.
I know you want it to look green. Is there not enough rain fall for native plants to stay green? If there is can you sell the water rights and distribute among the owners? |
