We do know that our water rights are valuable. But they can also be "banked" in our state. The state allows this indefinitely. It is no longer the use it or lose it days of the past.
I don't think anything is fishy. We just genuinely want to know more about pivot operation costs, also about noise, and finally about whether or not the Reinke minigator is a good machine or does it have known problems? Apparently it has lower tower heights, like maybe as low as 6 feet. But the wheels probably raise that up a bit. | |
