Why are all these data centers being built ? 

To harvest all the stuff in the cloud, all emails, all phone conversations, every thing digital. Documents, photos, thoughts, every word that you say or thought you write. It will all be stolen personal thoughts and works to build AI models.

Once acquired they will build a control file for each person.

This will be used to control your actions and your discontent, turn off your access to programs, food, money whatever it takes to keep you under the thumb of govt. and to keep you paying for access to what used to be free. 

Ask artists and writers how they like being cut off from their works for refusing to pony up for cloud based adobe photoshop. Same thing with accounting programs don't pay your cut off from years of your own data. 

Suddenly a lifetime of your work is inaccessible. It's an extortion racket but everyone wants convenience at the cost of liberties.

Call it tin foil if you wish this is the plan and the agenda and the lockdowns were the test run to test the gullibility and compliance of the masses.
