Not enough data to say anything concrete yet, but 30ft is a good starting point, and adjust when there's results to prove it

Manufacturer specs is 50ft in a perfect scenario, but I don't believe that at all. Steve Li did show successful results at 40ft with the HD580, and the C31 as it is currently, is the successor to that model.
