I think about this all the time and just bought the highest price farm I’ve ever bought by 50%. I keep thinking this will be the most expensive one I ever buy and hope I don’t regret it in 10 years. My gut says I screwed up but I can’t find an economic reason not to buy if I have the means to pay for it. Boone’s sleep at night factor is the only thing that would stop me from buying more. You’ll be fine as long as you’re not also borrowing for inputs also.
