SE ND | I think about this all the time and just bought the highest price farm I’ve ever bought by 50%. I keep thinking this will be the most expensive one I ever buy and hope I don’t regret it in 10 years. My gut says I screwed up but I can’t find an economic reason not to buy if I have the means to pay for it. Boone’s sleep at night factor is the only thing that would stop me from buying more. | |
