This is probably the correct idea. 

I worked for/helped out another local cattleman a couple of years ago during calving. They had a small office with a bathroom, water heater, sink, etc, etc, etc. Made a nice place to store vet supplies and milk replacer, colustrum, etc, and anyone that needed access to it could have access.
