My guess this time income tax on land purchases with borrowed money will be a big part of the bubble pop. For example $15,000 land purchase requires about 50 % of the purchase price or $7500 acre income tax to pay for it. So between purchase cost and income tax = $22,500 acre.


LOL. The guys buying 15k per acre land that I'm aware of don't have much use for borrowed money.


From what have seen in this part of the world you would be wrong , more than one has borrowed 100% of the purchase price. Cash buying is slim to none.
