I find it kinda hard to understand why............
1. Your local CASE tech needs to ask CASE's tech support.
2. From sale/auction ads, several suggested a PRO 700 was used in your model year combine.
3. From my reads, J1939 standard is used in PRO 700 and PRO 700+ monitors, so either should work. As CASE's literature says, either monitor can "Monitor any ISOBUS-compliant Case IH or competitive implement data/functions."
4. Firmware and Wiring - Unknown to me about both topics, but wiring should be standardized. Firmware updates would be related to newer tech available for say tractors/implements; for instance, "ISOBUS class III, which allows the implement to control tractor functions such as the remote valves, PTO, rear hitch and ground speed" on tractors with CVXDrive (Continuously Variable Transmission).
I don't have pinouts on either monitor, but based upon my reads, either monitor should work. |
