You live in Texas and think that Texas Roadhouse has the best steaks?  They make good, mass produced steaks along with good things to go with it but they are far from the best. I could take you to half a dozen establishments within 60 minutes of my place in Nebraska that make a steak that would make Texas Roadhouse look like McDonalds.  There are two Texas Roadhouse restaurants within an hour of me.  If the kids beg we might go once a year and generally leave unimpressed.
