anybody that thinks land values will drop is on some fantasy drug,,,,,,,,,go to europe and try buy some cheap land there they are coming here to buy our cheap land
Just closed on a farm last week, 21% less than appraised value just a year and half ago. Doesn’t fit most everybody’s NAT narrative very well.
