Ne Nebraska
For a few years I used a propane turkey fryer base with a pot of water on top to warm up water for bottles. Once I built a calving shed I built a 12x12 room in the corner of the shed. Best thing ever! Recliner, sink, counter top, table, fridge, microwave, hot water heater, small electric heater keeps it as hot as you want in there. Best thing ever for calving.

If have hired hands around I’d definitely consider building a room, maybe in the corner of an existing building that could be used for a vet room/break room for employees.
