IF it is a good neighbor and friend, the cost of the tests and may be insurance while he is on their farm.
Use the bull you are thinking of selling, so if he comes back with a disease, you don't feel bad about getting rid of him.
Probably to be fair, you need to stipulate a value of loss if he dies or becomes unusable.
