Subject: RE: Buying land economics

What happens if things change. South America has 30-40 million acres that aren’t farmed that could be. What if 50 years from now ethanol is gone. What happens if the world quits throwing away 30% of the food and people start eating better. People are having less kids. In the near future no land doesn’t look like it will go down, but to say it never will I’m not sure about that. Never is a long time.
