For a few pigs, our Coop 50 years ago made a premix they called hog con 40. It was soybean meal, meat and bone meal, other vitamins, minerals. Customer added ground or rolled milo then but would be corn (ground or rolled) now. I don't know if feed companies make anything similar now or not. Simplest would be getting a complete feed from local feedmill.
