deep SW On. | Reality speaks....I think about this a lot as farmland gets more & more higher than it returns...or even grosses
I know of a couple of instances were guys sold 10% of their inflated land base and are debt free now...Did they want to sell land,no ....but land payments on recent purchases was sucking their spare cash...They could have kept paying for it and been ok but getting older too. | |
