Not really…. Take this thread for example. How many people answered and they were all over the board. Just because your pencil said no it don’t work doesn’t mean someone else’s pencil said the math it just fine….

I done things that people think I’m crazy and I’ve seen the neighbors do things that there is no way I can pencil that. Who’s to say who is right and who is wrong??

I see it all the time for my day job.. every company can pencil jobs for certain profits. It’s all about your pencil and comfort level
