NorthWest Indiana | I think it was our 2014 Ram that when we bought (year old at a dealership) it they only presented us with one key with fob. Told us they would get the second one, only thing we got were excuses and excuses. Went to another Ram dealership for oil change and asked about a second fob. When they heard the story they called the other dealership, couldn't hear the other side of the conversation but once hung up the lady on my end said, "not the first time we have heard this about them, I'll get you one and send them the bill!". When we paid for our oil change she handed us our second fob and thanked us. I used and told everyone to use them for service. | |
