Mb
Buckle up, its not getting any better when land in southern ontario is 25 -30k and climbing fast.
Land economics are insane and its not getting any better as there are simply a lot of people buying land with either off farm money or a huge paid for landbase to funnel the profit from. Add in baby boomers still buying ground refusing to turn it to the next generation (who i s actually doing the work) which when it does sell will be an estate sale to the highest bidder, its a tough row to hoe for anyone who doesnt have a factory, shop, or 1000 acres of paid for land.
