West Central MN | Converting your numbers to USD, the land price is about the same as here with the one difference of around 200 bpa corn. That extra yield doesn't make the numbers work much better with under $3.90 cash corn today. Add in the ever increasing property tax bill to pay for Learing Centers and it's not a rosy outlook. Will be interesting to see how this all plays out over the coming years.
