Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio | That’s about how I would define it. Part of what I was getting at in my post below is parts of that area, like where I’m from, is no where near 300 bushel ground and still sells for $20k and acre. It’s too easy to sell five acre lots for $100k+. And now there are warehouses and data centers going in all around that are pushing big tracts of land into $80-100k per acre. Places like Manitoba should be happy they don’t have a cities and small town ever 30 miles making farm ground even more expensive. |
