That has been going on for a long time. I used to go to auctions in Sikeston Missouri many years ago. Probably the 90's. There were always buyers there that would buy up the smaller stuff Mexico bound. When my wife and I drove the length of Mexico in our small Dodge Raider vehicle along the Gulf coast all the way down and into Belize we saw a bunch of old JD combines in all states of repair. Some looked like they might run. Some looked to be parts machines. Mostly JD and IH tractors. Almost never in a shed but out in the open.
