East of Broken Bow | We have had good luck getting new phones at Wal-Mart, of all places. If you are on Verizon, they will set you up with a compatible phone, and can even look up your account to see if you have any 'credit' towards a new phone available. They also transfer your number and all your information over to the new phone at no extra charge, or at least always did for us.
Another option would be StraightTalk. We have that for our kids, and honestly it has better coverage than our Verizon phones do. We would all be on StraightTalk, except that me and my wife are grandfathered into a cheap plan that we get to keep as long as we keep renewing the contract.
If you buy the StraightTalk phones at Wal-Mart or Sam's, and put all the billing on your Sam's Club card, you get free damage insurance, up to one new phone a year. | |
