Like others said, sounds like you lost your neutral. Can be a very dangerous situation if you become the lowest impedance path to ground for a 120v load. Neutrals are current carrying conductors also, they have as much amperage on them as the hot leg.

This is a 120/240 single phase service , correct?

Is your service overhead? Check your triplex, I’ve seen the bare strand corroded and burned in two, hard to find since it’s twisted.

Ive also seen burned up lugs in the meter box.

And bad spots in underground wiring. Lots of places to look.
